General information:
Research Institute of Mechanics, Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod will
hold a scientific conference “Problems of Strength, Dynamics and Resource”
on November 25 - 29, 2019, dedicated to the memory and 95th birthday of
F.M. Mitenkov.
Within the conference, it is planned to hold mini-symposium on the following topics:
«Nonlinear waves in materials and structures» Erofeev V.I.
«Assessment of the resource characteristics of materials» Volkov I.A.
«Numerical modeling of the dynamics of bodies and media with conjugate fields» Igumnov L.A.
«Dynamic interaction of deformable bodies» Tarlakovsky D.V.
«Dynamic testing of materials» Krushka L., Bragov A.M., Lomunov A.K.
«Statics and dynamics of (meta) materials» Dell Isola F., Eremeev V.A.
To take part in the conference, it is necessary to send
the Participant's Questionnaire
to the mailing address ppdr2019@mech.unn.ru before November 18.
Based on the results of the proposals, a Conference Program will be formed and posted on the website
http://www.ppdr.unn.ru.
The conference involves only full-time participation. There is no registration fee for participation in the conference.
Following the conference, a journal will be published at Springer Publishing House
(templates for the design of the article).
Publication is accepted in English only. Quality of English language may become the basis for rejection of the article.

All materials are reviewed. Materials not accepted for publication are not returned to the authors.
In case of confirmation of acceptance of materials for publication, it is necessary to send a printed
version of the article, signed by all authors, and the corresponding "Examination Act" to the postal
address of the Research Institute of Mechanics of Nizhny Novgorod University.
